While building my last company, there came a point where I felt both the business and I were stuck. I was not being capital efficient and I needed a better way to keep us focused on the plan and maintain team accountability. I adopted a method that was quick to implement, simplified, sustainable and proven. That shift created a more focused and disciplined growth path and the road to a planned successful sale of my company to a strategic buyer in 2019. Fast forward, I started Accel Advisory Group to help other business owners find their growth path and maximize business enterprise value for a successful exit.
